Connecting to Server… Download speed is slow
If you can confirm that your network connection is properly set up here but still your download speed is slow, it is recommended you do the following:
- Turn OFF the TVPad
- Disconnect the power cable from the back of the TVPad unit
- Wait a few seconds and plug the power cable back in
- Turn the TVPad back ON and retry to connect to your desired channel
