How do I receive my Himawari Activation Code?
After completing your Himawari subscription purchase over PayPal, you will receive two emails from Smart Cloud Service. One email is a receipt of purchase, and the other is an “Order“ email containing your Himawari activation code (9-digit number). Use the activation code in the Order email to activate your Himawari subscription.
How do I install Himawari on my Android Device? (Amazon Fire TV Stick)
Follow these instructions to install Himawari on your Amazon Fire TV stick:
- Go to Apps > Search. Search and install “Downloader“
2. After the Downloader installation is completed, open the Downloader app.
3. Enter the following URL in Downloader to download the Himawari app: 01203333.com/222. Click on “Go” to download Himawari.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Himawari. If asked to allow installation of apps from unknown sources: Go to Settings –> My Fire TV –> About –> Then click the remote center button 7 times to enter developer mode. You can now install Himawari while in Developer Mode.
5. Go back to the FireTV home menu and click on Himawari to start the application.
How do I register Himawari on my Android Device? (Amazon Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Smart TV, etc.)
- Click on the Himawari App on your device (See FAQ “How do I install Himawari on my Android Device?” for installation instructions).
2. Click on Sign Up
3. In the Activation Code field, enter the 9 digit activation code provided by Smart Cloud Service in the “Order” email they have sent to you. Create a login password. Click on Sign up when complete.
4. Your Registration on your Android device is complete. Please note your ID number as this will be your Login ID whenever you use Himawari
5. If your Himawari subscription times out, click on Extend/Renew button as shown in step 4 above and enter your new Activation code after purchasing a recharge code.
[Important Note: The Extend/Renew code will only work on the same Himawari package. For example if you purchased Himawari PLUS first, only a Himawari PLUS recharge code will be able to extend the subscription. If you are upgrading/downgrading a Himawari package, you will need to create a new Himawari account for the new package.]
How do I get a Himawari ID / Customer ID Number?
A 13-digit Himawari user ID number is generated when you have successfully activated your Himawari subscription.
There are 2 ways to activate your Himiwari subsription:
- If you have an android device (Android phone, Amazon Fire Stick, Google Chromecast, Android Box, etc.), using the “Downloader” app, download the Himawari app by going to the following URL: 01203333.com/222. See FAQ”How do I install Himawari on my Android Device?” above for more details.
- If option 1 is not possible, contact Smart Cloud Services Support by going to https://smartcloudsvc.com/hesk and click “submit a ticket” then “General”. In the support ticket include your email address and activation code. Customer service will activate your account and provide you with a Himawari ID number and password.
Can I watch Himawari on multiple devices?
Yes you can, however you can only log into one device at a time. Every time you sign into Himawari on one device, it will automatically log out of the previous device.
